• Rates from US$ 2,500 to 4,500 for entire house; a reduced occupancy rates available from US$ 1,800 to 4,500 for 4 to 6 bedrooms depending on season
• Daily rates include full time live in staff and Thai Chef
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 14 (fourteen) Guests
• Daily Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
