Terms and Conditions

Deposit: 
A 50% non refundable deposit is required on booking. Deposit payable within five days. The balance due six weeks prior to arrival, except for peak season when the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:
 Any cancellation made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date during Peak Season, a full total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non-refundable.

Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date during any other time of the year, a full total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non-refundable.

Refundable security deposit: 
15%,(not less than USD 2,500) due along with payment of the balance of the rental.

Minimum number of days booked: 
10 day minimum stay requirement during Peak Season (Dec 15th-Jan 15th).
 3 day minimum stay requirement during High Season (Dec 1st-14th, Jan 16th-April 31st).
