This stunning 6 bedroom hilltop villa is perfect for long term rentals and family holidays. Designed in a pan Asian style with classic and contemporary accents and fully furnished with quality teak furniture, this quiet home provides all that is required for a sedate island lifestyle. Extensive use of local woods for windows and doors, together with wooden floors provide a cool and tranquil respite.

 
The villa boasts 600 sqm of luxury living space complemented by several covered terraces, balconies, verandahs and salas, totalling 300 sqm of additional space. The villa sits on a land of 2,000 sqm with beautifully landscaped tropical garden. The home is entered from the double car port with electronic gates, up the entrance stairs between water features and through antique wooden doors affording views across the Cherng Talay valley. The living, dining and kitchen areas on the right provide an ideal in-door - out-door living space fronting the pool area through wooden sliding doors. The Master (first) bedroom and second guest bedroom are upstairs, both being en-suite and affording great views for over 20km in a south easterly direction. The Master suite has a private balcony with sala and daybed for quiet afternoon relaxation. The second guest bedroom upstairs features a massage room.

 
The third and fourth guest bedrooms are separated from the main living area by the pool terrace, both en-suite, and provide easy access to the pool. The third bedroom adjoins a study room with TV.
All these bedrooms are air-conditioned and have televisions and DVD players.
The fifth and sixth guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, both en-suite, and provide an ideal option for large families or occasional guests and privacy.

 
The 18 x 6 m. infinity-edge pool, providing majestic views accross the Bang Tao valley, forms the focal point of the home and is appointed with wicker furniture and teak sun loungers. Villa Petina is a four-bedroom home in the Kamala Nathong developement, situated in the quiet valley of Kamala. The development is 300 meters from the main road. Like other units in the development, it has a mix design of Thai and Pan - Asian styles. Besides, there is a luxury club house which offers the residents the free use of the swimming pool, children pool, fitness room, sauna and wireless Internet. A snack bar is also available there.

The house is entered through the parking area in the front of the house. At a glance, you will notice that the L-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by the four bedrooms and living area, offering the residents direct access to the pool. There are also sun beds by the pool for your sunbathing, too. All bedrooms here are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms with showers with three of them having bathtubs.

Just a couple of steps away, you will encounter the third and forth bedrooms on the right hand side. At the very far end, a front door leads you to the second bedroom. It is here where you can find spacious living and dining areas that come with a cozy sofa and a dining table seating 6 or 8 respectively. Giving a relaxating feeling, glass windows have been put up on the two sides of the room ones leading to the pool at front and the others leading to the outdoor living space at the back where another sofa set for five is placed. At the other end of the area, the fully furnished kitchen and the master bedroom are located.

Villa Samakee is located in the secured Layan Estate with high walls and dense foliage giving it complete privacy from neighbouring villas within the estate. Set away from the busy tourist areas, the villa has a feel of total seclusion yet it is easily to access Phuket's superb west-coast beaches and many of the island's finest dining, shopping and leisure attractions. Just two kilometres away is the world-renowned Banyan  Tree spa, the Laguna Phuket Golf Club, and a wonderful range of dining and shopping choices in and around the Laguna resort complex on Bang Tao Beach.
